​ Our family business was born in Downtown Allentown in 1957. 
 60 years later, we returned to our roots to join a growing roster of   robust businesses from across the region, state, and nation investing   in the City.

 From 2017 through 2020, we partnered with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms to serve our classic cheesesteaks and specialty cheesesteaks behind section 111 in the PPL Center. This partnership was a great success and introduced us to many new people.  We are so thankful for everyone who made our family business part of their Phantoms hockey traditions!
