Vince's at Dries, Lazarus, Radical Wine Company, Stokers, and Emmaus Park this week and weekend!9/8/2020 Hello, friends! First, we want to thank everyone involved in making this past weekend's event at the Allentown Fairgrounds a great time! From the organizers to our fellow vendors and, most importantly, everyone who came out to support us, thank you!
There's lots going on this week and weekend that we want to share! In addition to supporting local small businesses, two of the events below are also supporting other important causes: Tomorrow (Wednesday, September 9) we're at Dries Do it Center at 3580 Brookside Road, Macungie from 11 to 6! On Thursday, September 10, we're back at Lazarus Farm Market from 11 to 6! On Friday, September 11, we'll be heading to Lehighton's Radical Wine Company (511 Mahoning Dr E, Lehighton, PA 18235) from 3 to 8PM, with one dollar for every cheesesteak sold going to the Steven Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation in support of veterans and first responders in the spirit of Steven Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life in the service of others on September 11, 2001. You can learn more about this charity at www.tunnel2towers.org. On Saturday, September 12, we'll be in Tamaqua at Stoker's Brewing (36 Mauch Chunk Street) from Noon to 8! Also on Saturday, we'll be at Emmaus Community Park in support of Joshua's Future of Promises' Gigantic Basket Raffle, serving from 11 to 4! This event supports raising funds towards a cure for Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP), a very rare disease with less than 700 confirmed cases worldwide. Joshua Scoble is a 14-year-old young man with this condition here in the Lehigh Valley, and we're proud to be able to support Joshua and his family! You can learn more about Joshua and this cause at www.joshuasfop.com. We hope to see you all soon! Stay safe and healthy!
